Division Of Personnel Announces Applicant Tracking System To Streamline Gov’t Hiring Process

The Division of Personnel announced on Monday its new initiative that it says improves the electronic handling of all its recruitment needs. NeoGov, Personnel’s new applicant tracking system, will replace the current system beginning Monday.

NeoGov streamlines the hiring process, and provides more information to job seekers by granting them the ability to track applications and create an account to simplify future job applications. Personnel Director, Milton Potter, said that the implementation of an online tracking system to streamline its recruiting and hiring process will assist in creating a more efficient government.

Interested job seekers can still visit www.dopusvi.org to view and apply for positions within the government and starting May 8. All Division of Personnel advertised positions will also be available on the nationwide NeoGov website, www.governmentjobs.com. If job seekers experience technical difficulties, they may contact Personnel’s Recruitment and Classification Unit at 340-774-8588.
